Skin Spatula for Extractions

Hi everyone! i'm curious to know your thoughts on skin spatulas for extractions. In my schooling we learned only using manual and comedone extractor but i have had a vibrating spatula used on me in a facial and i loved it, do y'all think they are worth the cost? i know these are sort of viral on the internet and being used improperly but in a professional setting ? also how are you disinfecting? my comedone extractors i use cs20 but i can't imagine the spatula is able to be soaked due to the vibration?.
