Matz, recognized that his childhood dentist had excellent technical skills, was well educated, caring and friendly. Sitting in his meticulously sterile office he became dr. It's no secret that i normally hate going to the dentist. However, i was extremely pleased with my experience at the tooth doctor over the last couple of days & might actually now be convinced to maintain six-monthly appointments ;-)! so far, everyone i have dealt with (kelly, nick x2 & laura) have all been very friendly & accommodating! both nicks fully understood that i get quite nervous being in dentist chairs, so they not only fully explained all the steps as they went (& in words i could understand!), but they also ensured i was fully comfortable (physically & otherwise) before carrying any work out & paced it well, so i could sit up or rinse at any time, if required. Nick t even went so far as to only gradually anaesthetise my jaw, so i couldn't actually feel the needle - now that's going above & beyond! being treated in such a positive, upbeat environment (the staff all have senses of humour as wicked as mine.

Clark as a person but he sucks as a dentist. I had a root canal done on the left side over 5 months ago and it still hurts. I have gone in several times and explained this and they have done nothing. (word of advice, do not let a dentist do a root canal, go to an endodontist.
