I came here because i needed to find a new dentist with my insurance (not the best) so i came here from staten island and had a 6pm appointment. I had a cavity that fell out and it brought a lot of sensitivity. They ended up taking me in at 6:30pm and i saw the hygienist maria. The office is stuck in 90's and she ended up flossing me afterwards. I've never been flossed at a dentist with normal floss. She ended up cracking more of the cavity causing a lot of pain. She apologized but the whole cleaning was just kind of unprofessional. She ended up chatting with other people in the middle of my appointment. I get it's a spanish place but we still need to maintain some type of professionalism here. So the doctor ended up coming in at 7:20pm and they checked out what happened to me and they said they'll be able to see me in an hour. They ended up seeing me around 9pm and the job seemed kind of rushed. I did not feel pain at all so that's what the two stars at first. They're very kind as well but it the cavity filling was pretty rough afterwards and i flossed my teeth the next day and it just broke again. So i would never come here again.

The dentist then came in and talked to me and then left the room. I waited and waited and waited. I needed to go get my kids from school so i went to the front desk, told them i had to leave and to please call me.
